All residential clients are billed for hourly services, billing occurs at the end of each service session. You will receive a detailed breakdown of the hours worked and the services provided. Arrangements can be made to establish banked hours at a discounted rate.
Custom Projects Billing
Billing for custom projects is based on the scope and duration of the project. Typically, we require a deposit of 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For larger projects, we may offer milestone-based payments to ensure smooth progress.

Late Payment Policy
